We are seeing seeking a full-time professional installer of window coverings for a full-time position (40-60 hours a week).

The hourly pay starts between $18-$22 per hour depending on experience.

*Responsibilities and Duties*
*We are looking for an Installer who can:*
* Install blinds, shades, shutters and other window treatments.
* Perform window treatment repairs.
* Communicate with customers.
* Maintain proper installation paperwork.
* Clean job site premises of any installation debris, dust, etc
* Help organize window covering orders and installation materials in the shop.
* Use simple computer programs (email).
*Qualifications and Skills*
*Installer Skills, Abilities, and/or Experience that make a successful candidate:*
* Prior general workmanship skills from any industry.
* Self-directed and able to work independently and work as a valuable team player.
* Friendly, courteous, pleasant with all types of people.
* Ability to learn and handle new technology as introduced to the window covering and installation industry.
* Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Telephone, written and verbal communication skills are critical when interfacing with all levels of Budget Blinds staff and clients.
* Current and valid driver's license.
* Punctual and dependable.
* Ability to pass a background check.
* Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and can climb up and down ladders.
* Ability to set up and use scaffolding.
* Ability to pull a trailer.
* Flexible working hours.
Possible hotel overnight if needed.
* High school diploma or equivalent completed education level.
