This role will be performed onsite at our Collins location in Cedar Rapids, IA.
Eligible for relocation Primary Responsibilities: This position manages a team of Union employees plus Production Control Coordinators.
This area is the build service for Engineering products as they transition from early design models to production.
The job duties include the following: Time and Attendance Managing the build resources to maintain program schedules Work closely with the NPI Team to meet build schedules, program staffing, and financial impacts, and assist with maturing a product for production Overseeing training for all reports Interface with Program Office on build status Interface with Design Engineering on producibility Coordinate program direction with employees Ensure compliance with applicable Collins procedures and support audits Qualifications/Experience Needed: Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience U.
