Helper/Laborer

I am looking for a general laborer/assistant.
The job tasks are wide ranging from mowing a property to entering received orders into a spreadsheet.
The right person for this job is trustworthy, can drive, detail oriented and wants to work.
No two days will be the same.
Duties: - Assist with various tasks on construction sites, rentals properties, and various administrative duties including but not limited to: - Property maintenance: mowing, clean up, hauling, driving to the dump, pulling trailers - Painting - unloading semi's, shipping packages - running parts and supplies - counting/categorizing and documenting received items - Organizing warehouses - Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
The employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week Schedule: * No nights License/Certification: * Drivers License (Required) Work Location: In person
