What does an Internal Tradesman with Paul Davis do?
Internal Trades work with the Paul Davis Reconstruction team to repair damage to residential and commercial property.
As an Internal Tradesman you will work closely with our estimator, project manager and construction manager to complete work orders on time and within budget.

Hourly pay range $19 - $24 based on skill and experience
Team Qualifications (Requirements):
Proficient in drywall and drywall repair
Proficient in installation of LVP and laminate flooring
Basic trim finish carpentry skills
Conversant in English (ability to understand work orders and effectively communicate with homeowners and team members)
Clean criminal background check
Valid driver’s license
Knowledge of framing and basic construction is desired
Self-motivated, able to work independently (this position is not part of a crew)
Experience with carpet installation and stretching desired
Experience with exterior construction (siding installation and repair, roof repair) desired

Before You Can Take the Field: Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: The physical environment requires the employee to work all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions.
Frequently required to use personal protective equipment, having ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 pounds.
This position is also required to undergo a criminal background check.
