The learning department focuses on delivering management development, early talent programs, and foundational employee development opportunities.
The Learning & Organizational Development (OD) Manager reports directly to the Director of Learning and Development.
The L&OD department resides in the greater People Organization.
Role Responsibilities:
Through relationships, you will design and deliver L&D programs focused on driving a culture of leadership, people development, and high-performance results.
You'll utilize expertise in instructional design to develop and deploy blended learning content and leverage a Learning Management System for efficient and effective learning program management.
Design, develop, and deliver informal and formal learning solutions to meet organizational needs.
Analyze and select the most appropriate strategy, methodologies, and technologies to maximize the learning experience and impact.
Create classroom, webinar, and eLearning content that is easily understood by the intended audience and delivered with credibility and enthusiasm.
Present information in a way that is meaningful to the organization; use learning metrics and analytics to inform organizational decision-making.
Apply excellent communication skills, including impromptu speaking, group facilitation, and the ability to communicate complex information in an approachable manner.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of learning and development programs to create a culture of continuous development.
Experience Needed:
Demonstrated knowledge and application of adult learning through interactive training methods via in-person, webinar, and eLearning.
Experience with associated skills including analysis, instructional design, content development, and project management.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent cross-functional projects and initiatives; comfortable managing work through ambiguity demonstrating flexibility and attention to detail.
Travel as required to conduct some training events evenings and weekends as needed to support the audience.
Minimum of five years experience when practical application meets education, college degree preferred but not required.
