The Sr.
Systems Engineering Manager will lead a team of Systems engineers to develop, integrate, and deploy complex system of systems for air combat test and training products We field Test and Training range systems with state-of-the-art technology in cryptography, datalinks, navigation, communication, networking, and command and control.

This leader will be responsible for leading a team in a fast paced Agile/Scrum development environment, including, but not limited to, embedded software development, hardware/software integration, and system deployment at US DoD and international partner sites.

** Signing bonuses available** What you will do: Perform all aspects of systems engineering design and development, including requirements capture, system design flow, system integration, system validation & verification, and support for certification and qualification.
Be accountable for execution to scope, schedule, and budget of team projects.
Support the systems team as the primary technical interface to the customer and internal business leadership.
Employee development, talent acquisition and retention, resource management, Strategic support of the business and driving predictable program performance.
Communicate effectively to a host of stakeholders across the technical spectrum, including customers, program management and senior leadership.
This leader should be highly motivated, have a passion for meeting commitments, and flexibility to support a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Education and experience: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.
S.
government issued security clearance is required.

citizenship is required, as only U.

citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD.
The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
