We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team with the same passion and commitment that define the Kahuna Way.
This role goes beyond traditional maintenance tasks, encompassing the upkeep of outdoor landscaping to ensure our properties are not only functional but beautiful.
The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with expertise in maintenance, repairs, including HVAC systems, and a commitment to excellence, integrity, and fostering community.
_*Responsibilities:*_
- Oversee and participate in the maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and landscaping.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify needs for maintenance and beautification.
- Manage and coordinate both in-house and contracted landscaping projects.
- Ensure all maintenance activities align with safety standards and building regulations.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
- Handle budgeting and inventory management for maintenance and landscaping needs.
- Promote a culture of excellence, integrity, and respect within the team.
- Provide mentorship and training to maintenance staff, embodying the Kahuna Family ethos.
_*Requirements:*_
- Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role with hands-on experience in HVAC systems.
- *\*\*Must be HVAC certified.

- Strong leadership skills with a commitment to the Kahuna core values.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with budget management and cost control.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
