We are searching for a Value Stream Leader (Program Manager) to join our team in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to provide life cycle execution leadership and management to US-based original equipment manufacturer (OEM) customer programs.
Life cycle management will be required from pursuit and order capture to solution design and development and through delivery execution.
Program oversight of some non-US based rotary wing programs should also be expected, particularly in the Asia-Pac region.

Primary Responsibilities: This position requires an understanding of customer platform requirements in aviation equipment, production methods, development processes, and support methodologies.
The position requires demonstrated leadership skills with a proven track record of meeting objectives and satisfying customer requirements.
In the program execution role, the individual will be expected to ensure adherence to the program baseline and serve as the primary customer point of contact in communication of program status.
The individual will maintain responsibility for schedule, performance, cost attainment, sales, and order forecasts and will present proposals, status reports, and customer status to leadership.
Qualifications/Experience Required: Typically requires: Bachelor’s degree (typically in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws / regulations OR Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years’ experience OR In absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience is required Must be a US Citizen The ability to obtain and maintain a U.

government issued security clearance is required.

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD.
The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
