Mission Systems is seeking a Manager, FP&A to join our Operational Planning and Control team.
This role administers the operating budgets for the Mission Systems portfolio leaders and supporting program management teams.
This role is suited for a detail-oriented, analytical professional who will collaborate well with senior leadership.
Roles include development of annual operating plans (AOP) and forecasts, validating and reporting of actual results, along with scenario variance analysis and other ad hoc exercises.
This role will be performed ONSITE at our Collins Aerospace location in Cedar Rapids, IA.
Primary Responsibilities: Plan, forecast and report Mission Systems program management operating budgets.
Conduct variance analysis for various plan, forecast and actual scenarios.
Ensure financial results are accurate and in compliance with US Government Cost Accounting Standards (CAS).
Partner with leadership to set challenging and achievable budget goals.
Guide leadership in cost reduction initiatives.
Respond to leadership inquiries in professional and timely manner.
Frequent utilization of the following systems for analysis, validation, and reporting of financial results: SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Hyperion Planning (Oracle).
Qualifications/ Experience Needed: Typically requires University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience U.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD.
The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
