*Outside Venues Food and Beverage Manager*
The Outside Venues Food and Beverage Manager will be joining our admirable Food and Beverage team working for the Cedar Rapids Ball Club, Inc, which is home to the Cedar Rapids Kernels, a Minnesota Twins Affiliate.

The Outside Venues Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the concessions at Triple Play Park and Prospect Meadows.
*Reports to:* Director of Food and Beverage
*Job Purpose *
Under leadership of the Director of Food and Beverage, the Outside Venues Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for effectively and profitably managing, and directing, day-to-day aspects of the food and beverage operations at all contracted outside venues.
This includes, but is not limited to, the Cedar Rapids and Marion areas.
*Duties and Responsibilities *
-Provide overall supervision for all events in the concession areas for the contracted outside venues
-Work with the Director of F&B on any special operational, labor, and scheduling problems that may arise.
-Train, supervise and monitor the performances of all food and beverage employees at outside venues.
Approximately, 30 employees.
-Work with the Director of F&B to set up the employee training, health training, customer service training, segregation of duties among the concession area organizational chart to make sure the duties and policies are being maintained.
-Delegate authority and responsibility when the scope of the event requires it
-Responsible for the performance of the operation for protection and budgeting of sales, profits, and losses.
-Work with the Food and Beverage Director taking monthly inventory.
-Hours may vary, depending on the sports season and number of events scheduled in a week.
-Responsible for handling cash sales
-Complete daily sales reports
-Order, Receive, Stock all product
-Assist at Veterans Memorial Stadium when outside venues are not operating
-Clean and maintain all aspects of concession stands
-Any other duties assigned by Director of F&B
*Requirements:*
* Must be able to lift 50lbs.
* Able to stand and move around for at least 8 hours a day
* Must be a self-motivated person
* Outstanding communication, and organizational skills
* Be willing to drive and work at other contracted sports venues based on the needs of the company.
* Possess a valid driver's license and personal vehicle
* Previous Management skills a plus
