CarePro Health Services—Cedar Rapids is seeking a competent Associate Director to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the director with oversight of company divisions and ensuring compliance with accreditation regulations and internal policies.

What You’ll Do:
Assists with oversight of daily administrative operations of CarePro Home Infusion, Compounding, Home Health, Home Medical, and Marketing divisions
Assists with the development and enforcement of division policies and procedures that meet or exceed industry standards of practice
Ensures compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and Company healthcare regulations and accreditation
Participates in performance improvement activities, reviews surveys and other analytics to track and monitor trends and other opportunities for improvement and implements action plans
Collaborates with leadership team regarding strategic planning
Researches and identifies new business opportunities and tracks effectiveness of marketing programs
Drafts contracts with payers and facilities and reviews existing contracts for compliance and contractual commitments
Assists with budgeting and monitoring expenses
Stays up to date with new products and services
Networks with customers, physicians, nurses, and medical suppliers to increase awareness of services
Represents organization in community events
Encourages and develops professional growth opportunities for employees
Manages the work of employees by assigning incomplete tasks, communicating job expectations, reviewing, and appraising performance
Updates job knowledge by participating in conferences and educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations
What we’re looking for:
4-year degree in Nursing or Health Care Administration/Business, Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of management and direct supervisory experience (knowledge of Home Infusion and/or Durable Medical Equipment a plus) with strong understanding of diverse business functions including accounting, budget, purchasing and distribution
Excellent written, verbal, and organizational communication skills
Aptitude in decision making and problem solving; strong analytical skills
Strong computer skills including Microsoft and EMR systems
Must have valid driver’s license and be insurable
