Job Details
The Education and Overnight Services Supervisor will function as a member of the Inpatient Team providing professional direct care services that are client centered and strengths based.
This position is a leadership position requiring sound decision-making skills, role modeling and direct oversight of overnight staff and Educational Learning Aides.
This role requires early morning and flexible availability.
Qualifications
Acceptable Experience/Training/ Education:
Bachelor's Degree in a health services field
Two (2) years' inpatient experience
One (1) years' experience in a leadership role
Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work
Required Special Qualifications:
Certified Medication Aide (CMA) Certification required or eligible to become CMA certified within three (3) months of hire
Must possess a valid Driver’s License and meet the Agency’s driving requirements
Early morning availability required
