Job Details
The Institute of Learning Director will develop, implement and oversee the business development plans, training initiatives, events and processes of the Learning Institute according to strategic plans, operational goals and organizational needs.
This role is responsible for the development of curriculum and content for the Institute as well as provide training to internal and external groups.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work or a related training field
Minimum five (5) years’ experience in training or training management with experience in project management
Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work
