Overview: Seldin Company is seeking a Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician at Chapel Ridge Marion apartment community in Marion, IA.
This is a Tax Credit and Conventional property with 200 units.
This pay for this position will start at $24 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.
