2008 grand prix parts car - $1,500 (cedar rapids)

i have a 2008 grand prix base model for sale.
i bought this as a hail damaged vehicle and was going to fix it but have never had the time to do it.
this has to be bought by a dealer or auto recycler.
the title can only be transferred to one of those.
or i can sell it without the title.
car runs perfectly fine.
battery is shot but will still start on a jump! it’s a dark brown in color! has 125k in miles no rust will not part out.
it will have to be trailered out.
it is illegal to drive on the road with the way the title is right now
