1993 Dodge Grand Caravan Parts or Repair (Cedar Rapids)

Repair the van or use for parts and the tires ( P205 / 70R15 ).
Engine still seems strong at 247,116 miles and it keeps running until it's turned off.
Looking to trade the van for things or something I can use.
I can use a good riding mower and a good chainsaw.
Bought this van in April 2008.
Has numerous issues.
Needs a water pump.
Drips oil.
For a few years now the engine smells like gas after running.
When the weather is cold it smells worse, but not bad in summer temperatures.
Has always started well in winter and summer.
Tires are very good and still have lots of tread, but front end has wobble.
Less wobble when driving slower.
Wife used it in town for going to work and groceries until water pump started dripping.
I thought it might be the lower radiator hose dripping at the clamp.
I don't have a car jack and was unable to see well or reach under the van very well.
I tried to do a quick fix and damaged that hose by cutting it shorter with wire snippers and trying to tighten the clamp caused water to basically run out of the hose.
Now it's much worse than before and it can not be used until that hose and water pump is replaced.
It can be started and moved a short distance as long as there is coolant in the radiator, but once it starts to circulate it will cause the fluid to run out at the hose clamp area.
If you can replace the bottom hose I think it will probably hold fluid long enough to drive it home.
Radio doesn't work, AC not working.
Van has only driver and passenger seats.
I got rid of the back seats years ago (had no use for them, they only got in the way).
It's a beater with a heater.
